Return Policy

Receipt required for all returns. Member receipts can be accessed through our POS

Returns for perishable items are accepted within 7 days of purchase and only when the item is defective

All other returns* are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened or defective items only

No returns accepted on Special Orders of products that we do not carry

If paid by check, there is a 10 business-day waiting period to receive reimbursement

Credit Card Refunds could take 7-10 business days to show up on your account

*Per WI statute, we cannot accept returns on alcohol
